My horse Taco and I just took Marilyn's clinic at the Medicine Wheel Ranch June 8th. Last night we attended an ACBRA race. I was really nervous about
trying to do everything Marilyn taught me and not really messing it up. Taco and I were regularly winning the 4D. This was our first race after the clinic.
Even though I forgot to hold on going around the second barrel, we ran a clean race and came in at 18.44. Our fastest time before Marilyn's clinic had been
a 19.65. I can't believe that everything she taught me has already shaved off 1.2 seconds......incredible! With fine tuning, practice and being a bit more
aggressive, I'm sure the future holds great things for Taco and I. Please send her my deepest appreciation and thanks for truly making a difference for us.
She took Taco and I from a 4d to a 1d. My big dream was to one day run in the 18's. I was fifth out and watching the other four girls run in the 18's before me.
